Winter Farmer’s Market
Shopping AND supervised child’s play (see below)! What more could you want?
November 21st, 3-7pm at Oak Middle School, join us at the First Annual Winter Farmer’s Market – a great way to kickoff your holiday season! We will have pies, wreaths, gift cards, honey, maple syrup, jams, desserts, eggs, meat, shrimp and baked goods – just in time for your Thanksgiving guests!! Local vendors will be selling jewelry, bath/spa items, hair accessories, knitted and crocheted items, ceramics, pottery, note cards and more. Local authors will be selling their books – who knew we had such talent in Shrewsbury?
There are also many gift ideas for teachers and those hard-to-buy-for family members. If you give a donation to the Colonial Fund, you will receive a beautiful, personalized Thank You card to give to the recipient – a GREAT idea for teachers and bus drivers. Any amount accepted!
Teens will supervise board and card games while adults shop. Board games are available for purchase and 50% of the cost will go to the Colonial Fund which supports innovation in our schools (http://schools.shrewsburyma.gov/future/)
